AppraiseRI is a statewide residential appraisal company, which was created to support the professional efforts of their local residential expert appraisers, in all five Rhode Island counties and nearby Massachusetts. AppraiseRI provides administrative and operational support, as well as management expertise and consult to its local employee appraisers.

 AppraiseRI's centralized operational functions provide our local residential appraisers with the management support they need, so that our local appraiser experts professional time is focused on what they do best, "inspect properties, collect and analyze data, reconcile the data which best supports the value estimate and finalize the report". The combination of centralized support, coupled with local knowledge and expertise, provides the client with a quality product delivered by an integrated service support team. Whether the client does business locally or on a statewide basis, we can meet their locational competency requirement and delivery of a quality product in a highly professional way!

AppraiseRI's centralized operational support functions include; appraisal assignment management, data processing of all reports, a formal review process of all appraisal assignments by certified supervisory personnel, a web based appraisal assignment ordering, reporting and tracking system which is accessible by all clients with internet access, automatic e-mail notification of status updates, delivery of reports in PDF or any other electronic delivery format required, as well as responsibility for account payable/receivables. The operational functions are supported by a structured and experienced in house staff, consisting of an operations manager, administrative assistant, data processing supervisor and staff, as well as assignment, tracking and review coordinators and receivables personnel.
